Peak Voltage ships to eligible addresses within Canada.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is FREE on every order — no minimum purchase required.

Standard (3–5 business days): Free on most products.
Standard (2–4 business days): Free on select products.
Standard (7–15 business days): Free on items shipped directly from our fulfillment partners.
Flat rates ($4.99 or $7.99): Apply to a small number of specialty items. The exact rate for your order is shown at checkout.

Jabees products

Jabees products ship directly from China. Shipping is a $14.30 CAD flat rate on orders under $90, and free on orders over $90. Delivery takes 5–10 business days. Tracking is included.

Order fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled within 2–4 business days.

Delivery estimates

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Delivery can be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, high-volume periods, holidays, and remote locations. Peak Voltage is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Multiple shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items from the same order can ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages on different days. If one package arrives first, the rest of your order is on its way.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping address

You're responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address — recipient name, street address, unit or apartment number, city, province, postal code, and contact information. If you spot an error, contact us immediately. Once fulfillment begins, the address may not be changeable.
